EPIC FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What age should I start training my puppy?
We recommend starting as early as 16 weeks old. Our puppy programs focus on socialization and foundational obedience to set the stage for future learning.
What is the difference between Private Training and Board and Train?
Private training consists of one-on-one, scheduled sessions between you, your dog, and a professional trainer. These lessons are ideal for working on specific tasks, correcting minor behavior issues, or reinforcing obedience in a familiar setting.
Board and Train, on the other hand, is a fully immersive program where your dog stays at our facility and trains daily with our expert team. This approach is best for addressing more complex behavioral challenges and achieving faster, long-lasting results through consistent, structured training.
How long will it take to see results?
For our Board and Train programs, we guarantee noticeable improvement in your dog’s behavior within the first 14 days of training. Most clients experience significant changes during this time as their dog adjusts to the structured environment and consistent reinforcement. Our ultimate goal is to help you achieve up to 90% behavior improvement within 90 days, with continued support and guidance to maintain those results at home.
Are your training methods safe and humane?
Yes. We utilize an attention-based training system and proven techniques that are effective, safe, and tailored to each dog’s unique temperament and behavior.
Can I visit or tour your facility?
Absolutely. We welcome you to schedule a tour and meet our team before committing to any service. Just contact us to set up a visit.
